WARRANTY

Mahulu’s products are made with the highest quality components using state of the art methods. We will repair or replace your wetsuit if it meets our warranty requirements. If you are uncertain whether your Mahulu wetsuit is covered by our warranty, please email an image and a brief description of the deficiency to service@mahulu.surf.

We warrant all defects in materials and workmanship of the wetsuit (except for damage from sun, Chlorine, or compression) for two years from the date of a proven purchase – a credit card / bank statement receipt for purchases from our website or an authorized Mahulu vendor.

 

This warranty does not cover the following: 

  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper storage, failure to follow instructions, misuse, accidents, or loss of product.
  • Damage from a suit that has been used in commercial, rental or instructional programs or activities.
  • Wetsuits sold through an unauthorized Mahulu vendor.
  • Wetsuits repaired by anyone other than our technicians.

For more information on our wetsuit warranties and how to send a wetsuit in for repair, please contact us at service@mahulu.surf. You may return your wetsuit directly to: Mahulu LLC, 30 Spaulding Lane Newton MA 02459. Please include a photocopy receipt, your name, daytime phone number, and return shipping address. Allow 4-6 weeks for repair and replacement.This warranty is non-transferable.

 

Once your claim is approved and you are sending in your suit for repair, please note that:

  • All inbound shipping charges are the responsibility of the consumer. Mahulu handles all return shipping costs.
  • Mahulu is not responsible for any suits lost in transit by the carrier.
  • Please include a copy of the email you receive from one of our warranty coordinators so we can keep track of your suit in the repair process.
  • All warranty claims must be handled in the country the item was originally shipped to. In the event an item needs to be returned to the original country to process a warranty claim, the customer will be responsible for any extra shipping charges incurred.

 

PLEASE NOTE: ALL RETURNED WETSUITS MUST BE CLEAN AND DRY. ANY SUIT THAT IS RECEIVED WET OR DIRTY WILL BE RETURNED WITHOUT REVIEW AT THE CONSUMER’S EXPENSE.

Warranty as written is provided on products sold worldwide; however all shipping, duty and customs fees are the responsibility of the owner.
